A German Nazi police bayonet, circa 1940. Marked Alexander Coppel, Solingen on the the blade and inscribed ‘S.On.V.314’ on the quillion with oak leaf engraving. The horn grip has the Nazi eagle and swastika and a bird’s head pommel with engraved feathers. Black leather scabbard with steel throat and drag.
