A Chinese export black lacquer games box with removable cover decorated with Chinese landscapes and figures on brass feet, circa 1850. The interior has a complete set of seven covered boxes painted with Chinese figures and landscapes with counters inside and two sets of six trays. All in remarkable condition. The box exterior shows wear consistent with age at two corners and at the edge on the top. 39cm x 33cm x 14.5cm.
