On Sunday 24th November 2019 the Iain Marr Antiques team went to the Inverness Business Awards at the Drumossie Hotel Inverness. We were very proud to have been nominated in the “Best Independent Retailer” category and even more proud to announce that we won. We wish to thank all of our clients, friends and family who make this all possible. It was a fun night, though unfortunately Avril was not able to celebrate with us, we missed her. She fell and hit her head badly. We wish her a very quick recovery. We look forward to welcoming all of you over the upcoming festive season.
We are sorry but we will be closed for a short break from Friday 10th March and re-open Friday 17th March. We look forward to welcoming you back into the shop. If you need to contact us please email firstname.lastname@example.org
This month Iain gave two lectures. The first was at Culloden House Hotel to St James’s Place Wealth Management clients titled “Are antiques an investment?” The second was in the Grant Arms Hotel to the Grantown-on-Spey branch of the University of the Third Age (U3A). This lecture was titled “My experinces of the last 44 years in Antique dealing.”
